基于Moldflow平台的电吹风外壳注塑模具优化设计 被引量:41

摘要 对电吹风外壳注塑模具进行设计。整个过程通过Moldflow软件完成注塑机的选取,参数的校核,浇注系统设计,冷却系统设计,顶出机构等的设计。设计完成后对其注塑过程进行分析,发现其主要缺陷,如:气穴,熔接痕,收缩率大等。根据分析结果,采取相应的优化方案,得到合理结果。这种设计方法大大缩短了开发时间,提高了生产效率。 Injection mould of hairdryer shell was designed. In the whole process, selecting injection machine, checking parameters,gating system,cooling system,ejector mechanism etc were completed by Moldflow software. Then the processing of injection was analysed by the Moldflow,and some defects such as gas cavity,weld line,shrinkage etc were found. According to analysis results, the corresponding measures were applied. The design of injection mould could greatly short development time and increase production efficiency.
