摘要
钙锌类稳定剂具有高效、廉价、无毒的特点,有很好的发展前景。综述了近十年来钙锌类热稳定剂的合成与性能研究的进展情况。目前,钙锌热稳定剂的研究方向包括研究开发新型钙锌热稳定剂,如设计引入多(二)元羧酸钙锌盐或一些基团(环氧基等),以提高热稳定性、增加相容性;研究新型吸收HCl气体的无机和有机化合物与钙锌体系协同并用,以开发钙锌复合体系产品。
Calcium and zinc stabilizers are highly effective,low-cost, non-toxic and have good prospect for development. Synthesis and properties of the research progress about calcium and zinc heat stabilizer in this decade were reviewed. At present,research trends of calcium zinc heat stabilizer include:research and development of new calcium zinc heat stabilizer, such as design into multivariate (binary) carboxylic calcium zinc salt or some groups (epoxy, etc. ), in order to improve thermal stability,increase compatibility. The new type of gas absorption HC1 in inorganic and organic compounds with zinc calcium stabilizer is researched to develop cooperative system and invent calcium zinc composite stabilizer.
