As the largest coal mining company in Hebei province, Jizhong Energy Group possesses rich resources and huge potentials for circular economy development. The authors of this paper hold that in developing circular economy it is important to pay equal attention to taking advantage of multiple ways by focusing on key links. This includes intensifying publicity, setting up a complete system, conglomerating resources, making available necessary guarantees and innovation, configuring supporting system, making available necessary funds, enhancing inputs, taking advantage of advanced cases for demonstration and promotion. With rationalized utilization of human resources, intensified informatics, enhanced eco-environmental build-up and intensified environmental control, formulation of harmonious coal mining area would be in sight.
