摘要
针对长沟峪煤矿安子区特有复杂煤层地质条件情况,选取有代表性的-140m水平北-~北三3#煤层作为试验采区,分析研究其适宜的采煤方法及工艺;根据工艺要求合理布置采区巷道并进行配套设备选型;提出了机采工艺适应不稳定工作面的控制技术措施;分析了采取机械化开采工艺后的技术、经济效益。
On the basis of the complicated geological conditions of the unique coal seams of Chang'gouyu Coal Mine, the Bei 1-Bei 3 coal seams at-140m level are selected as experimental mining district just because these seams are typical of the local conditions. An analytical research is carried out on mining techniques that best adapted to the conditions there. Based on the technical requirements, roadways and entries in the mining district are rationally arranged and equipment properly selected. This paper also proposes technical control measures to get the mechanized mining adapted to the unstable coal face. Finally, this paper presents an analysis of the technical-economic benefits to be produced once mechanized coal mining process is employed.
