摘要
在王庄煤矿井下现场对双筋双梁钢带、单筋单梁钢带和W钢带进行了应用试验。经对比分析,认为双筋双梁钢带制作节省钢材,且支护退让性较小,可以减少后期的维护,能够有效控制巷道变形,适合在特殊地质条件下应用。
Application experiments are carried out in Wangzhuang underground coal mine on the application of dual-rib dual-beam steel band, single-rib single-beam steel band and W cross-section steel band. Out of a comparative analysis, it is taken for granted that the application of dual-rib dual-beam steel band is more economical in the consumption of steel and it offers better yield when used in actual support. The use of dual-rib dual-beam steel band also needs minor maintenance costs and it can better control entry deformation. It is concluded that this type of steel band is more applicable for use under special geological conditions.
