传染病知识库系统的研究与应用

目的为满足现场应急人员、医务人员等相关专业人员在最短时间内了解到传染病资料和有效预防治疗方法、应急处理等相关知识需求,建立结构合理、信息全面、操作简单、查询方便快捷的个人单机版传染病知识库。方法本系统采用了JAVA2技术,运用了比较成熟的基于文本的全文检索技术,研究开发出一套用户可直接部署在本地计算机上的传染病知识库系统。结果本知识库系统具有显示功能、检索功能、高亮显示功能和导出功能,收集了当前流行的上百种传染病,实现了快捷、方便、准确的检索。结论本系统适用于多个领域,对突发传染病事件的处理和临床救治有着非常重要的指导和借鉴意义。

Objective In order to meet the demands of the medical persons and other related prefessionals at the emergency scene that need to have access to the effective prevention of infectious diseases information and treatment, emergency treatment, and other related knowledge requirements in the shortest time, the establishment of a individual version of the knowledgebase of infectious diseases with rational structure, comprehensive information, simple operation, convenient search is in urgent need. Methods This knowledgebase system was operated with JAVA2 technology and the full-text query technology based on text, it can be directly deployed on the local personal computers. Results This knowledgebase system has displaying, searching, keywords highlighting and exporting functions. It has collected hundreds of the current epidemic of infectious diseases, and achieved fast, convenient and accurate retrieval. Conclusions This system is applicable to many areas to deal with sudden incidents of in- fectious diseases and can bring out a very important significance of guide and reference.
