摘要
元顺帝时期,在推行汉法、大兴文治的过程中,重视对士人政策的革新与完善。这主要表现在三个方面:恢复科举,持续不辍;兴举学校,造育人才;选拔贤才,崇儒优士。这些政策显著提升了士人、尤其是汉族士人的社会政治地位,对于促进蒙元的汉化进程和维系元末政权统治发挥了重要作用;但受族群等级观念、政治格局诸因素的影响,其间又存在民族歧视、重吏轻儒、科举不公等不足。
In the Shun Di time, with the implementation of Chinese's methods, the government took seriously to reform the scholar - officials policies. This is mainly manifested in the following: restoring the imperial examination, building schools, selecting talented personnel, respecting Confucian scholars and so on. These policies have improved the Han Nationality scholar- officials' social status gradually, and played the influential role in promoting the process of Yuan Chinese localization and consolidating political rule in the late Yuan Dynasty. But there were some defects, such as ethnic discrimination, the imperial examination unfairness and so on.
