摘要
通过对北京市心血管介入质量控制和改进中心成立1年来的运行状况进行分析,总结了质控中心在管理方面取得的经验和存在的问题,认为医疗专业质控中心应该着眼于本专业特点,制定有效、合理的质控管理模式,以质控管理促进专业的长期发展和技术进步。
Through analyzing the situation of Beijing cardiovascular intervention quality control and improvement center which has Set up in our hospital for about one year, based on the experience gained and existing problems in the management of center, the paper summed up that the medical professional quality control center should establish efficiency and suitable management mode to correspond with the characteristics to facilate the professional long-term development and technical progress in this profession.
