摘要
针对变电站视频监控系统存在的实际技术问题,介绍了一种新型变电站视频监控系统及其具体实现方案,包括系统模型、系统结构、远程监控和智能监控功能的设计,以及系统测试等。系统采用嵌入式技术和基于网络分层的开放的会话发起协议(SIP)架构,系统的各成员之间可以在域内处理大量的信令信息和媒体流信息,具有扩展性、智能性、灵活性、自主性和互操作性等多种优良特性,可以实现变电站视频监控管理及控制的基本和扩展功能。
In view of the practical technical issues of substation video monitoring systems, a new substation video monitoring system and its solution including the system model, system structure, remote monitoring, and the design and testing of the intelligent monitoring function are introduced. The system adopts embedded technology and layered network based open session initiation protocol (SIP) structure. Large volume of signaling and media flow information can be processed between components of the system. The system has many desirable features, such as scalability, intelligence, flexibility, autonomy, interoperability, etc. , and can achieve both basic and extended management and control functions.
