摘要
汽车传动系冲击耐久性能台架检测需要模拟汽车传动系实际工况。通过对汽车传动系所受的载荷分析,确定了试验主要运行工况,优化和简化了测试过程。设计了试验台架的惯性质量系统,建立惯性质量系统冲击试验的动力学模型与台架的控制、检测系统。试验结果表明,设计的台架能够真实模拟汽车传动系的实际运行工况,实现冲击耐久性能的检测。
The impacting durability running conditions of automobile power train need to be simulated for automobile power train bench test. According to the analysis of the automobile power train, the main testing running conditions are determined, and the testing process is optimized and simplified. Moreover, the dynamics model of inertia quality impacting test and control test system of the bench are built. Experimental results show that the real running conditions of automobile power train can be simulated by the automobile power train bench test, the impacting durability test can be achieved.
