摘要
以环氧氯丙烷、二甲胺为反应单体,过硫酸钾-亚硫酸钠为引发剂合成了小阳离子聚合物粘土稳定剂PTA。对合成产物PTA的防膨性能进行了研究,结果表明,PTA粘土稳定剂有很强的抑制粘土水化膨胀能力。设计了一套强抑制性钻井液体系,该体系具有很好的抗温、抗污染能力,粘度和切力保持基本不变,保护油气层效果明显,渗透率恢复值达到85%以上,满足钻井工程的要求。
Minor cationic polymer clay stabilizer PTA was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and dimethylamine as monomers and potassium persulfate - sodium sulfite as initiating agent. The anti - swelling performance of PTA was studied, the results showed that PTA clay stabilizer had good inhibition of clay from hydration and swelling. A kind of drilling fluid resistant to tempreture and pollution with strong inhibition was designed, the viscosity and shear force of PTA kept stable, and it could prectect reservoirs with the permeability recovery more than 85 %, and it could meet the requirements of drilling operation.
