摘要
在腐蚀介质中使用的过滤机筛网,一般采用不锈钢板。用铣床铣出缝隙或用钻床钻出小孔,制造成筛网,硬度低,强度低,过滤通道形状差,使用寿命低。采用冷轧的方法研制成功异型材,并采用屈服点控制施加拉伸矫直力,拉伸矫直变形量≤0.3%。用异型材制造的筛网,缝隙小、强度高、表面硬度大、防腐性、耐磨性好、使用寿命提高2~3倍。
Stainless steel plate is generally adopted to make the filter screen mesh working with corrosive medium.The screen mesh made by milling machine or drill press has low hardness and strength,bad shaped filtering channel and short service life.We successfully study and develop a kind of profile with cold rolling method and control the applied tensile straightening force according to the yielding point(tensile straighten ing deformation:≤0.3%).The screen mesh made by the profile presents small gap,high strength,high surface hardness and good corrosion and abrasion resistance with 2~3 times longer service life.
