摘要
介绍了炼铁高炉喷煤控制系统设备及生产情况,对影响称重信号及喷吹率计算的干扰因素进行了详细分析,并提出解决方法。喷吹率计算程序中设计了移位寄存器程序块,在保证喷吹率的计算精度的同时又兼顾实时性。经过四年的应用证明,喷吹率计算稳定,使用效果良好。
The paper introduces the equipment and production situation of coal injection control system of Blast Furnace,Iron-making Plant,analyzes in detail the interfering factors affecting weighing signal and injection rate calculation and offers solutions.The program module for shift register is designed in the calculation program of coal injection rate so as to achieve real-time performance while calculation accuracy of injection rate is ensured.The four years'application proves that the calculation of injection rate works stably and gives good utilization effect.
