论技术溢出对中美贸易利益分配的影响 被引量:3

A study on impact of Gains from Trade Distribution due to Technology Spillovers

摘要 中美贸易的技术溢出对中国而言,能增强科技创新能力并提升国际贸易竞争力,增强贸易利益的获取能力;对美国而言,能扩大对华产品出口和技术输出,改善国际收支,优化产业结构并提升经济发展的绩效。我国应利用外贸发展,推动创新型国家建设,借助科技创新增强贸易利益的获取能力。 China draw support technology spillovers from Sino-US trade enhance technological innovation capability and promote its international trade competitiveness, which improve gains from trade ability; US expansion of goods and Technology export take advantage of technology spillovers, which improve the internation- al balance of payments, promote technological innovation, Optimize the industrial structure and upgrade the de- velopment performance. China should catch hold of international trade development opportunity push forward innovation-oriented nation and enhance the ability to obtain gains from trade.
