摘要
昆钢120万t/a氧化球团生产线投产初期,受原料条件复杂和设计缺陷等因素的影响,生球成球率只有30%左右,严重制约了产量水平的提高。为此,昆钢联合中南大学开展了大量的试验研究和现场调研工作,并先后组织开展了4个阶段的工艺改造和技术攻关,取得了明显成效,昆钢球团生产线的生球成球率提高到了60%以上,并顺利达产。
The production line of oxidized pellets in KISC is designed with 1.2 Mt/a output capacity. Due to complex conditions of raw materials and some defects of process design, the pelletizing degree of green bails just attained to about 30% at the beginning of the startup, which brings the difficulties to improve pellet yields and technical parameters. Thus, KISC and Central South University have fully made experimental researches and practical investigations, and successively carried out a series of technology reformations and process improvements for the four steps, which contributed to achieving the remarkable effects. Consequently, the pelletizing degree of green balls has been increased to over 60%, and also the designed target output has been achieved for the production line of oxidized pellets in KISC.
