美国全国调剂成本研究对我国设立药事服务费的启示

Inspiration of American National Dispensing Cost Study on the Establishment of China's Pharmaceutical Service Fee

目的:介绍美国全国调剂成本研究的结果。方法:文献检索以及述评。结果:对全美处方调剂成本构成,由Medicaid支付处方的调剂成本;城市和乡村药房的调剂成本;不同支付方的回款周期;初次调剂处方的调剂成本;各地区调剂成本的比较给出相应数据。结论:在我国药事服务费设立的过程中,药师组织应积极开展相应研究,为决策者提供参考。

Objective. To introduce the result of American national dispensing cost study. Method： Literature retrieval was adopted and commentary was made. Results： Give data about elements of American cost of dispensing, Medicaid cost of dispensing, urban and rural pharmacies＇ cost of dispensing, time to receive payment after prescription, cost of dispensing for new prescriptions, and cost of dispensing among different regions. Conclusions： In the course of development of Chinese dispensing fee, pharmacists should take active part in research of dispensing fee, and provide reference to government.
