精炼渣氧化性对炉渣发泡性能影响的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON INFLUENCE OF OXIDABILITY OF REFINING SLAG ON FOAMING PROPERTY OF SLAG

通过实验测试了不同氧化性的精炼渣系发泡性能的变化，实验结果表明，随着渣中氧化亚铁含量的增加，精炼渣系的发泡性能逐步降低，当渣中氧化亚铁含量达1．5％后，炉渣泡沫化指数迅速降低。所以，为使精炼渣系具有良好的发泡性能，渣中氧化亚铁含量应小于1％，最好小于0．5％。

Variations of the foaming property in the refining slag with different oxidabilities are determined in the laboratory test. Testing results shew that the foaming property reduces gradually with addition of ferric oxide into slag. However the foaming property reduces promptly as soon as the content of ferric oxide comes to 1. 5%. In order to maintain the excellent foaming property the content of ferric oxide in the refining slag should be controlled under 1. 0%, and lower than 0. 5% much better.
