摘要
对于脱指后存在带黄褐色的墨斑的镀锡原板进行了电化学和低能电子能谱分析，从而有可能从工艺及材料上找出原因，采取措施，防止这些缺陷发生。
Electro chemical analysis and low enerqy spectroscopic probing are carried out on the unitnned plate stained with yellow brown black spots after being degreased and the possible causes are found out from the operating process and the material properties and then appropriate counter measures put forward to prevent from occurrence of those defects.
