摘要
设计了用于硫酸介质(浓度为20%-80%H2SO4,温度为80℃)的新型高合金不锈钢的化学成分,采用金相显微镜、X-射线衍射、透射电镜、电子探针显微分析手段和多种腐蚀试验方法研究了析出相的种类、成分、结构、形貌、分布和钢的耐蚀性能。研究结果表明,钢经115℃固溶处理可得到单相奥氏体组织,在20%~80%H2SO4,温度为80℃的硫酸介质中具有优良的耐蚀性和良好的综合机械性能与铸造性能。
The chemical compositions of new type high alloy stainless steel used in the sulphuric acid medium(concentration 20% to 80% H2SO4 at 80℃) has been desigened, and type, con stituent, testure, appearance and distr, bution of the precipated phase as well as the acid resistance of the steel have been studied by all possble analytical means and corrosion testing methods including metallographic microscope, X-ray diffractometer, transmission eletron microscope and elctronprobe microanalysis.
