摘要
为了降低工业硅中的钙、铝含量，介绍了氧气底吹精炼工业硅的工艺设备和工艺操作。试验表明，氧气底吹精炼工业硅的方法在技术上和经济上都是可行的。
In order to decrease Ca and Al content in silicon metal, the process equipments and operations of refining silicon metal by oxygen bottom blowing are introduced. The experiments show that this method refining silicon metal by oxygen bottom blowing is feasible both in technology and in economy.
