摘要
文中通过对实际生产过程中，连铸小方坯表面产生横裂的情况调查，分析了连铸20MnSi产生横裂的几种因素，并提出控制措施以指导生产，收到良好效果。
Based on survey on surface cracking in concast billets in practice, this paper analyzes several factors of cracks occurring in concast 20MuSi billets, and puts forward some applicablecontrol measurements which have brought good effects in production.
