摘要
目的了解中国赴苏丹维和医疗队营区蚊虫种群构成、密度和逐月消长情况。方法外环境采用灯诱法,帐篷和室外墙壁采用吸蚊器捕捉法,室内用目测法。结果灯诱法捕获成蚊67只,伊蚊属占43.3%、按蚊属占17.9%;板房内通过综合灭蚊措施使蚊密度得到有效控制;吸蚊器于板房外墙壁捕获成蚊898只,分为5属,其中伊蚊属占52.6%、按蚊属占27.1%、库蚊属占18.2%,8~10月成蚊密度明显较11—12月高(P〈0.05);21:00蚊活动最高,其他时段蚊密度无明显差异性(P〉0.05)。结论初步摸清了中国赴苏丹维和医疗队营区蚊虫种群构成、密度和消长情况。
Objective To know density, variety and fluctuation of mosquito month by month. Methods Mosquitoes were collected with lamp-trap in surroundings and with mosq-trap in tents and out wall. Eyeballing method in room and time to time on wall. Results 67 mosquitoes were collected with lamp-trap. Aedes was 43.3%, Anopheles was 17.9%. Mosquito density could be obviously descended by integrated killing mosquito measure in board room. 898 mosquitoes were collected with mosq-trap out wall which could be disparted five genera including Aedes (52. 6% ), Anopheles (27. 1% ) and Culex ( 18.2% ). Mosquito densities was higher from August to October than it from November to December. Mosquito activity was the most in 21:00 and there was no significant difference in statistics on other period of time ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion The study get a preliminary research on the mosquito genera, density and fluctuation in China peacekeeping unit camp of United Nations Mission in Sudan.
