摘要
湿度传感器的输入输出存在非线性,而且输出会因工作环境温度的改变使其零点、灵敏度均发生漂移。为消除温度对湿度传感器测量结果的影响,在LabWindows/CVI下实现虚拟湿度测量系统,并应用反向传播(BP)神经网络,通过样本对网络进行训练。测试结果表明温度补偿效果非常好,同时具备传感器测量值的转换和非线性校正功能,该虚拟湿度测量系统具有很大的实用价值。
A humidity sensor is generally characteristic of the nonlinear relation between its input and output. Its output changes with the environmental temperature, which results in excursion of its zero point and sensitivity. In order to eliminate such a situation, the paper presents the realization of a virtual humidity sensor temperature compensation system in LabWindows/CVI and the application of the BP neural network trained. Experimental results show that the effect of temperature compensation is excellent in addition to the function of sensors value translation and nonlinear calibration. The system is of wide and factual application value.
