摘要 提出了基于CAN现场总线的中小型风机控制系统方案,介绍了其硬件电路和软件的总体框架。系统包括主控制器和功率模块。功率模块是基本的控制单元,独立控制一路风机;主控板对所有功率模块进行管理,进行电站工作参数采集、蓄电池温度补偿、报警信号的输入输出,以及与监控主机的通信。主控板和功率模块之间采用CAN总线进行通信和控制。功率模块通过组合可满足不同容量风力发电站的需要。实验结果表明所采用方案正确可行,可延伸中小型风机的应用范围。 In this paper, a scheme of small-to-medium wind turbine control system based on CANbus is proposed, its hardware circuit and overall frame of software are introduced. The system includes main controller and power modules. Power module is basic control unit which controlling one wind turbine independently. Main controller manages all power modules, acquires working parameters of power station, compensates batteries temperature, inputs/outputs alarm signals, communicates with the monitoring host computer. Between main controller and power modules, CANbus is used for communication and control, Needs of different wind power capacities can he satisfied through fault-tolerant integrated power modules. Experiment result shows that the design scheme is correct and viable. The application scope of small-to- medium wind turbine can be extended by this way.
