摘要
介绍了合成颜料铁红的基本原理,研究了影响合成过程的相关因素,提出了合成颜料铁红的较佳工艺条件。采用新型结晶化晶种和实用的原料净化技术,全液相合成了颜料铁红,为钛白粉厂副产品硫酸亚铁的合理利用指出了一条可行的途径。
The authors descrsbe the basic principles of ferric oxide preparation and study the factors affecting reaction process. The optimum process conditions are given in this paper. Complete liquid phase synthesis of ferric oxide pigment is carried out by using new crystallized crystal seeds and practical purification technique, thus achieving comprehensive utilization of ferrous sulphate, a by product from a titanium dioxide factory. The measured data of the product accord with the demands in GB1863—89
