摘要
以大冶铁矿东采矿井为例,从巷道围岩与空气的热交换机理入手,分析了自然风压的形成原理及过程;利用GAMB IT软件建立了主要通风井模型;借助流体仿真软件FLUENT,对巷道空气流动及传热进行了数值模拟,并与实际测定数据进行对比,误差均在可接受范围内,说明了建立的模型是可用的;通过改变模型的边界条件,得到了多组竖井自然风压数据,最后采用MINITAB曲线拟合的方法将数据拟合,得出了夏季及冬季极端环境气温条件下的竖井自然风压的计算式。
Taking the eastern mining well of Daye Iron Mine as a case, the principle and process of natural wind pres- sure were analyzed fi'om the heat exchange of sun'ounding rock and the air. GAMBIT software was adopted to establish the main ventilation shaft model to make a numerical simulation on roadway air flow and heat transfer in combination with fluid software FLUENT. The results from this model were compared with the actual surveying data, and its errors are within the limitation, showing its feasibility. By changing the boundary conditions of the model, ulultiple sets of natural wind pressure data can be obtained. Finally, MINITAB curve fitting method was used to fit the data so as to obtain the forumlas of natural wind pressure for extreme weather in summer or winter.
