摘要
西藏玉龙铜矿是我国西部高寒缺氧地区大型铜矿的典型代表,该矿山的资源和地理条件决定了到目前为止,酸性堆浸是该矿氧化铜矿开发的最佳技术选择。但在酸性堆浸的实践过程中,由于矿区冬季气候寒冷,矿堆保温问题非常突出,如果不能解决这个难题,该矿资源的开发进程会受到极大影响。为此,结合该矿实际情况,参考国外类似矿山的相关经验,对玉龙氧化铜矿酸性堆浸工程冬季保温问题进行了初步的探讨,给出了一些初步建议,希望引起关注,通过共同努力,早日圆满解决这个类似地区类似矿山都普遍存在的共性工程难题。
Tibet Yulong Copper Mine is one of typical large copper mines in cold and hypoxic regions in western Chi- na. Due to its resources and geographical conditions, the acid heap leaching technology is the best option for the develop- ment of this copper oxide mine. However, in acidic heap leaching process, the insulation of heap temperature is very prom- inent due to the cold winter. With out solving this problem the deposite development will be seriously affected. In view of the actual situation in the mine and the relevant experience of foreign countries the insulation of acidic heap leaching project for Yulong copper oxide deposite in winter are discussed, and some preliminary countermeasures are put forward. With our ioint efforts the common enGineerinG nroblems in this similar mines can be satisfactorily resolved at an early date.
