Practice of Empty Burden Line During the Medium Repair of 750m 3 Blast Furnace

莱钢２＃７５０ｍ３高炉中修时，停炉前采用大风量，加大出铁口角度，全程高压操作等措施以保证炉况顺行；空料线操作中确保炉顶打水均匀稳定，雾化良好，加强煤气成分和料面的监测，严格上料程序、煤气放散、放渣等环节的操作控制，取得了良好的效果。

During the medium repair of No.2 750m 3 blast furnace of Laiwu iron and steel general works,before the blow down,some measures,such as using great blast,greatening tap angle and high pressure operation in all process,etc,are used for ensuring the smooth operation of blast furnace.During the operation process of empty burden line,because of taking some active measures,such as even feeding water at top,strengthening supervision for gas component and burden surface,strictly controlling feeding burden process and gas expelling,etc,the excellent result is gained.
