摘要
在分析铁精矿用大型压滤机尼龙单丝滤布堵塞失效机制的基础上,研究了堵塞滤布的清洗再生工艺。试验结果表明:采用所提出的物理清洗—化学清洗工艺,清洗滤布表面和内部均无杂质滞留,断裂强度为新滤布的74%以上,工业使用效果与新滤布相当,可节约铁矿山企业的选矿成本。
Based on the analysis of blockage failure reason of the large filter's nylon filament filter cloth for iron mine, the cleanout and recycling technology of blockage filter cloth is investigated. Using the physical cleaning - chemical clean- ing technologies the experimental result shows that there is no any impurity in surface and inner of recycled filter cloth whose breaking strength is up to 74% of new filter cloth, and its industrial efficiency is the same as that of new filter cloth so that the mill-run cost will be saved.
