Countermeasures on Geological Environmental Recovery of Anshan Iron Mine

鞍山地区5大矿山的百年开采史在带来地区经济发展的同时,也造成了矿区生态环境的恶化。针对鞍山矿区环境治理中存在的问题,结合现有矿山环境法律,提出了设立露天采矿环境执法办公室,明确职能部门责任,对矿山开采全过程进行监督指导,引入矿山环境治理市场竞争机制,多方面筹集资金等对策。

The five-hundred years＇exploration in Anshan mining area not only brings the regional economic develop- ment, but also leads to the deterioration of ecological environment. Aiming at the problems in Anshan environmental treat- ment, and in combination with the present mining environmental laws, a lot of countermeasures are proposed, such as establishing the environmental administration office of surface mining, determining the responsibility of the functional depart- ments, supervising and guiding the whole process of mining,introducing market competition mechanism for the environmental improvement of mining areas, and raising funds from many aspects etc.
