氧气转炉熔炼的60Si_2Mn扁弹簧钢的内部质量分析

摘要 对采用氧气转炉熔炼+LF炉精炼+连铸连轧工艺生产的60Si2Mn扁弹簧钢的化学成分、金相组织以及经870℃油淬+500℃水冷处理后的力学性能进行测试,证明其内部质量良好、各项性能优良;同时指出,为完善连铸坯内部质量,C和Si的含量分别在0.56%≤C≤0.60%、1.50%≤Si≤1.80%,应控制C含量的波动在±0.02%内。 The analysis is done to chemical composition and the microstructure of 60Si2Mn spring flat steel which is produced by the processes of oxygen blown converter+LF refining+continuous casting and continuous rolling,and the machanical properties are also determined to this steel which is treated by 870℃ oil quench+500℃ water cooling The results have proved that this steel has good internal quality and excellent mechanical properties For ensuring the internal quality of continuous casting billet,the authors consider that Carbon content must be within the limits of 0 56%~0 60%,Silicon content must be within the limits of 1 5%~1 80%,and the error limit of Carbon must be controlled inside of ±0 02%
