摘要
分析了下游式废石透水坝渗漏原因，阐述了尾矿库因漏矿污染环境的综合治理措施，并详细介绍了以排水毡代替砂石反滤层的筑坝新技术。
This paper analyses the leaking cause of down stream type rubble permeable water dam,introduces the comprehensive administering measures and the new damming technology which dewatering felt is substituted for reversed filter made from sand and stone.
