咽炎合剂的抗炎、抑菌作用

Study on the anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial effect of Yanyan mixture

目的:研究咽炎合剂的抗炎、抑菌作用。方法:采用醋酸致小鼠腹腔毛细管通透性亢进、二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀、角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀、大鼠琼脂肉芽肿等模型研究抗炎作用;采用培养基药物浓度稀释法进行体外抗菌试验。结果:咽炎合剂能降低小鼠耳廓肿胀度,减轻角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀程度,降低大鼠肉芽肿琼脂块质量;对金黄色葡萄球菌、流感杆菌、肺炎链球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用。结论:咽炎合剂具有显著的抗炎、抑菌作用。

OBJECTIVE To study the anti inflammatory and anti bacterial effect of the Yanyan mixture. METHODS Acetic acid was used in mice to incnease peritoneal capillany permeability, xylene used in mice to cause ear swelling, cannageein used to cause rats foot swelling, and the pats agar granuloma model was taken for the research of anti inflammatory effect; and using di luting drugs method in vitro to investigate the antibacterial activity. RESULTS Yanyan mixture could reduce the swelling of ear in mice, reduce carrageenin-induced foot swelling extent in rats, reduce the blocks weight of granuloma agar; as for staphylo coccus aureus,bad variant degree of inbibitroy effect on staphylococcus aureus. Influenza bacteria and streptacoccus pneumoni- ae. CONCLUSION Yanyan mixture possesses with significant anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect.
