高炉流场模拟模型的建立及在宝钢3号高炉上的应用

摘要 开发了高炉流场模拟模型。该模型采用厄冈方程描述炉内的二维气体流动,考虑了风口回旋区、死焦堆、软熔带、炉顶料面及炉料颗粒分布、中心焦柱、滴下带液流分布等因素对气流阻力的影响,并应用有限单元法求解,因此具有模拟复杂高炉操作条件下气流分布规律的功能。应用该模型研究了鼓风参数、装料条件等对气流分布的影响,从理论上解释了炉墙结厚所导致的高炉“上热下凉”现象,预测了超大量喷煤下气流分布的变化趋势,为生产操作系统的设计提供了科学依据。 s:The flow field simulation model of blast furnace has been developed.The Ergunquation was applied to describe 2 dimensional gas flow in the furnace.Thanks to considerations of the effects of raceway,dead man,cohesive zone,burden profile,particle distributions,central coke column and liquid flow distribution in the dripping zone on gas flow resistance,the model is capable of simulating the gas flow patterns under complex operational conditions.The model has been used to study the influence of blasting parameters,charging regulations, etc.on gas distribution,to understand theoretically the phenomenon of “hot upper part and cool lower part of the furnace”caused by scaffolds formation,to forecast the trends of change in gas flow at super high PCI rates,and to present scientific bases for the determination of operational provisions.
