NaOH处理对结缕草种子萌发及生理特性的影响 被引量:14

摘要 测定经30%的NaOH处理60 min后的结缕草种子在萌发过程中相对含水量、过氧化物酶活性、α-淀粉酶活性及葡萄糖含量等的变化。结果表明,结缕草种子经NaOH处理后萌发时间缩短,发芽率、发芽指数及活力指数明显提高,且种子在萌发过程中上述指标均较大幅度地高于对照组种子。种子萌发过程中,相对含水量和过氧化物酶活性呈逐渐增加的趋势,α-淀粉酶在种子萌发前一直呈上升趋势,但发芽后,其活性迅速下降。葡萄糖含量变化的趋势是先升后降,在萌发的第15天达最大值。改善种皮的通透性和调控呼吸代谢途径是打破结缕草种子休眠的重要手段。 The activity of peroxidase and a-amylase and the content of relative water and sugar were deter- mined during seed germination of Zoysia japonica by socking in 30% NaOH for 60 min. The results indicated that not only the time of germination was reduced but also the germination rate, germination vigor and vigor in- dex were improved obviously with the treatment respectively, and the contents of relative water and sugar and the activities of peroxide enzyme and a-amylase in the seed with treatment of NaOH substantially higher than that of the control group during germination. The relative water content and the activity of Peroxide enzyme in- creased gradually in proceeding of germination, and the activity mination, then declined rapidly after germination. The changing of α-amylase increased continuously before ger- curve of content of sugar was continuously with a maximum appeared at the 15th day. To break the dormancy of the seed ,removing the stress of seed coat and activiting the respiratory metabolism pathway were very important.
