摘要
不同剂量的60Coγ-射线辐射4个微胚乳超高油玉米材料种子,对M1代和M2代各性状进行研究,结果表明:两代四材料及其性状对γ射线辐射的敏感程度不同。M1代各材料多数性状的生长受到一定程度的抑制,在M2代得到了一定的恢复,扩大了遗传基础和突变范围。因此在微胚乳超高油玉米材料的辐射后代选育出性状优良的种质资源是有可能性的。
Four micro-edosperm super-high oil corn seeds materials were irradiated by different 60Co γ-ray dose, the effects on main traits of Ml and M2 generation were studied. The results showed that γ- ray irradia- tion had different effects on four materials' traits. Most traits were inhibited in M1 to some extent, but recov- ered extently in n2. Genetic basis and mutation range were largen. So it was possible to select good germplasm resources in descendants of micro-edosperm super-high oil corn by irradiation.
