PEG对老芒麦种质材料萌发期抗旱性影响的研究 被引量:18

摘要 为了解老芒麦种质材料萌发期的抗旱性,选取10份来自不同地区的老芒麦种质材料在0%、5%、10%、15%和20%的PEG胁迫下,对发芽率、相对发芽势、发芽指数、种子活力、幼苗长度进行综合测定评价。10份材料抗旱性可分为3类:相对抗旱老芒麦,分别来自新疆伊犁昭苏阿合牙子(E01);中等抗旱材料,新疆(E03)、新疆乌鲁木齐(E04)、山西台怀镇清水沟(E08)、青海同德(E09)和青海刚察(E10);北京百花山(E02)、甘肃碌曲玛艾(E05)、青海刚察(E06)和北京雾灵山(E07)的抗旱相对易感。老芒麦作为优良的牧草,研究其在PEG胁迫下时的萌发特性的变化,对其优良品种的选育具有重要意义。 In order to learn the drought resistance of Elymus sibiricus L. , ten germplasm materials seeds sam- ples were collected at various locations in China. The seeds were treated with distilled water and PEG solution with different concentration of 0% ,5%, 10%, 15% ,20% and evaluated the relative germination rate, germi- nation potential ,germination index ,vitality index ,young seedling~ lengths and comprehensive analysis on seed germination. The 10 germplasms were divided into the following three categories. The strong drought resistance one was Zhaosuaheyazi, Yili Xinjiang ( E 01 ). The group with medium drought resistance which came from XinJiang ( E 03 ) ; Urumchi Xinjiang ( E 04 ) ; Qingshuigou Taihuai town, Shanxi Province ( E 08 ) ; Tongde, Qinghai Province (E 09)and Gangcha,Qinghai Province (E 10). The group with senstive drought resistance wasBaihuashang, Beijin ( E 02) ; Luqumaai, Gansu Province ( E 05 ) ; Gangcha, Qinghai Province ( E 06) ; Ling- wushan, Beijing ( E 07 ). Elymus sibiricus L. as a good pasture, studied the changes on PEG drought resistance in the seed germination, which had the significant meaning for selecting good pasture.
