改革开放30年:中国的铝板带冷轧工业(1)

30 Years after opening-up China's aluminium sheet & strip cold rolling industry(1)

经过60年的发展,特别是改革开放以来30年的高速持续大发展,中国铝带冷轧工业取得了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。中国的铝带冷轧工业与外国相比较,拥有最多的高技术大容量现代化冷轧机,最多的CVC轧机,最多的1 400mm级四辊不可逆式冷轧机(2010年底可有约83台),最多的1 300 mm以下的小型铝带冷轧机。河南省是全球最大的中低档铝板带基地,集中于郑州至洛阳的狭长地带内。至2009年底中国可有3条铝带冷连轧生产线,1条自制的,2条引进的。

With 60 years＂ development, especially since reform and opening up 30 years＂ rapid sustainable big developing, China＇s alnminium cold rolling industry has attained brilliant achievements. Compare with foreign countries, China＇s aluminium sheet ＆ strip cold rolling industry has most high teeh and high capacity modem cold rolling mill, CVC rolling mill, 1 400 mm 4-high non-reversing cold rolling mill（ will reach about 83 sets by the end of 2010 year）and small size aluminium strip cold rolling mill of below 1 300 mm. Henan province is the largest low and middle grade aluminium strip ＆ sheet base in China and centralize on strips from Zhengzhou to Luoyang. By the end of 2009 year, China shall have 3 sets of aluminium strip cold tandem mills, among which, one is manufactured in China, and two are imported from abroad.
