摘要
组织创新是区域创新网络的微观基础,在其自身创新的过程中,对组织本身特点的认识、清晰组织内的利益关系、构建良好的组织创新氛围是组织创新的重要条件,吸收知识、整合知识是创新展开的关键步骤。而通过组织间交流知识、协调互动,创新网络得到稳定、持续的发展。
The organizational innovation is the micro--foundation of regional innovation network, and in the process of innovation of itself, they are important conditions which refer to the recognition of organizational characteristic, the clarification of the relationship of benefits, the construction of good organizational innovation climate. They are also the key procedures that are assimilation of knowledge and integration of knowledge. With knowledge exchange and coordinated interaction among different organizations, innovation network get steady and sustained growth.
