在研究接力技术的理论和运作方式的基础上，分析了接力技术软件系统需达到的目标，详尽地描述了接力技术软件系统的数据流程、功能、模块和数据结构的设计框架。该系统中的接力运行图和资源图的功能实现，充分体现了接力技术的主要思想和方法实质。采用该系统，可给施工管理带来了极大的方便。
This paper analyzes the relay technology software system that should achieve goal,which is based on theory and operative way in relay technology.The paper describes exhaustively the design framework of data flow and the function,module and data structure in the system.Most ideas ands methods are embodied in the run chart and the resource chart of the relay technology system.Useing the system can bring great convenience in engineering management.
