摘要 科技是内蒙古农牧业可持续发展的关键因素。内蒙古农牧业科技成果转化推广体系与市场经济和现代农牧业的发展要求已不相适应,影响成果转化效率的主要制约因素有科研管理体制不合理、成果推广体系不完善、自主创新实力不强、成果转化投入不足、农牧民现实生产条件薄弱等,提高成果转化效率需要从政策体系、经济策略、科技管理、资金投入、科技培训、农牧业基础设施建设、科技入户示范工程等方面来着手,这是保障内蒙古农牧业可持续发展的基本前提。 Science and technology is the key factor of agriculture in Inner Mongolia. The system of agriculture science--technology progeny transformation and generalization in Inner Mongolia has not suit current market economy and modern agriculture development. Among the restricting factors those affect the progeny transformation efficiency, the main factors include the unreasonable system of science research management, the imperfect system of progeny generalization, inferior capability of independent innovation, deficient investment of progeny transformation, weak yielding condition of farmers and herdsmen and so on. The efficiency of progeny transformation needs to be improved by means of policy system, economic strategy, science--technology management, capital investment, science-technology training, basic establishment of agriculture, model projects of science--technology generalization and so on. These aspects are essential precondition which ensure the agriculture in Inner Mongolia coninuable development.
