An Analysis of China's Low-carbon Economy development

能源短缺和气候变化问题对经济的发展和人类的生存已经构成重大威胁,引起全球的广泛关注。各国都在积极探索新的经济发展模式以缓解气候危机带来的不利影响,发展低碳经济作为人类应对气候变化、维护生存环境的最佳发展模式之一,已经成为各国的重大战略选择。从政策执行乏力的角度分析我国发展低碳经济的障碍,并希望通过加强行政执行力以推动低碳经济的发展。

Energy shortage and environmental pollution have posed a grave menace to human well--being and development. Great attention is paid to it. New patterns of economic growth were explored actively by all countries in the world which alleviate unfavorable influence of climate crisis. As one of the best development patterns of climate change tackling and environment protecting, low carbon economy has become important strategic choice. This paper analyzes the hindrances of low carbon economy from the view of executive ability, as well as the development of low carbon economy through strengthening executive ability.
