中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛34例总结 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将68例本病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各34例,两组均给予唑来磷酸注射液和云克注射液治疗,28天为1个周期,治疗组在此基础上予脾肾方合阳和汤加减治疗,一般治疗3个周期后,观察比较两组疼痛缓解情况和活动能力改善情况。结果:治疗组在镇痛效果、生活质量以及骨质修复等方面均优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移疼痛疗效满意。 Objective : To discuss the clinical effect on osseous metastasis pain of malignant tumour treated with the therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine. Method: 68 cases were randomly divided into 34 cases each in treatment group and control group. Zoledronicaeid injection and Technetium Methylenediphosphonate injection were used in the control group, Pishen formula and yanghe decoction were used in the treatment group on the basis of the therapy in the control group. The improvement of odynolysis and locomotor activity were observed and compared after treating 3 cycles. Results: The effect of relieving pain, quality of life and recovery of sclerotin in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion: The therapy of combination of Chinese traditional and western medicine was satisfactory for treating osseous metastasis pain of malignant tumour.
