开放复位治疗跟骨关节内骨折26例

Open reduction and internal fixation of intra-articular calcaneal fracture:26 cases report

目的:探讨开放复位治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床价值。方法:对26例29足跟骨关节内骨折患者行开放复位、植入自体髂骨或异体骨钢板内固定植骨手术。结果:26例全部随访,随访时间6～36个月,平均17个月,参照Maryland足部评分系统评价,本组优16例,良5例,可4例,差1例,优良率80.8%。。结论:开放复位植骨内固定是治疗跟骨关节内骨折的有效方法。

Objective： To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of the operation on calcaneal intraarticular fracture. Methods： 26 Cases 29 feet calcaneal intraarticular fracture have performed open reduction, implanted self iliac bone or variant bone and plate internal fixation. Results： All cases have obtained a follow-up from 6~36months, average 17months. Refer to Maryland foot score system, fineness rate is 80. 8%. Conclusion ：Resection of anterior scalene muscles is a useful therapy for Anterior Scalence Open reposition and internal fixation and bong graft is an effective method for calcaneal intraarticular fracture.
