摘要
北京中医药大学中医"四大经典"教学团队为2008年经教育部批准的国家级教学团队,介绍了该教学团队的形成以及"学习型组织"的核心内容与应用情况。为了营造一个资源共享、精神相遇、个性自由表达、身心愉悦、情感流动的生存空间,使教师在合作过程中达到实现自我、超越自我,最终实现团队的共同愿景(shared vision),在教学团队人力资源信息管理平台的设计过程中引入"学习型组织"理念,使得该平台的各项功能均能体现"学习型组织"的核心思想,更好地服务于团队成员的成长与团队的发展。
The teaching team of four classics in approved by the Ministry of Education in 2008. Beijing University of Chinese Medicine is a state-level one The establishment of the team and the core content and application of learning organization are introduced in the paper. In the design of the team management platform of human resource information the idea of learning organization is explained for building a living space, in which resource share, spirit communication, free personality expression, pleasantness of body and mind, and flow of feelings are implemented. Teachers will fulfill and exceed themselves, and finally the shared vision of the team is realized. All functions of the platform will represent the core thought of learning organization and serve for the development of the team or its members.
