摘要 建构主义者在吸收发生认识论、心理发展理论、认知结构论等理论的基础上提出的许多富有创见的教学思想,其学习理论从不同角度对教师提出了复杂要求,改变了传统教学单一、封闭、非弹性的僵化状态,努力形成一种多元、开放、弹性的动态过程,激发了学生学习的主动性和积极性,推动了学生智力因素与非智力因素的和谐发展,提高了学生的综合能力。建构主义学习理论是在以讲授为主的"衍义式"教学模式中引入实用案例,创造学习情景,让学生利用已经具备的知识,在建构新知识体系的过程中提高中医临床思维能力,对改变目前的伤寒论课堂教学具有重要启示作用。 Constructivists have put forward a lot of innovational teaching thought on the base of genetic epistemology, theory of psychological development and theory of cognitive structure. Construetivism learning theory makes comprehensive requests to teachers at different angles including changing the characteristics of singleness, blockage, nonelastic and rigidity in traditional teaching mode. It asks that teaching course will be formed as a multiple, open, elastic and dynamic one. Students' activity and enthusiasm will be promoted, their intelligence factor and nonintelligence factor will be developed and their integrative ability will be improved. Constructivism learning theory introduces practical cases and creates learning situation in lecture-based traditional teaching mode. Students will develop their TCM clinical thinking in the construction of new knowledge system by applying their learnt knowledge. Constructivism learning theory plays an enlightened role in current classroom teaching of Shanghanlun.
