摘要
机构传动角γ是机构的一项重要传动参数,但长期以来对其的定义概念较模糊.给出了机构传动角γ的新定义,使其定义不再依附于压力角α,赋予了它明确的物理内涵,明确了它的唯一性,并以图例表示出几种常用机构的传动角γ.新定义的传动角简单明了,更符合工程习惯,易为工程技术人员所接受.对机构传动角的新定义是对机械传动中基本概念的完善.
The transmission angle γ, is an important transmission parameter in mechanism. However, the existing definition of γ is fuzzy in concept. A new definition of γ is given, which is separated from the definition of the force angle a. The transmission angleγ is endowed with a clear physical meaning, as well as uniqueness. The transmission angle γof several common mechanism examples is illustrated by using the proposed definition. The new transmission angle perfects the basic transmission concepts in mechanism, which is much clearer, simpler and in line with engineering habits, and can be accepted by the engineers and technicians more easily.
