ZJK-β型真空计的设计及其性能研究

摘要 介绍了ZJK-β型真空计的工作原理、结构设计,并对其性能进行了研究。该仪器和β放射电离规配用,用于火箭共底压力测量,测量范围为0.1~5000Pa。仪器采用单片机控制,能够实现量程自动转换、线性修正和压力自动校准,可以完成对测量压力的实时监测、动态趋势显示、数据存储等功能。性能研究结果表明,ZJK-β型真空计在测量范围内具有较好的线性,测量数据可靠,为火箭发射提供了安全保障。 The operating principle, design and performance of ZJK-β vacuum gauge are described "and discussed. The vacuum gauge in combination with an ionization vacuum gauge for β radiation is used in monitoring the pressure to the bulkhead of cryogenic tanks on launch vehicles within the pressure measuring range 0.1-5000Pa. The vacuum gauge is controlled by SCM to implement the automatic conversion of measuring range, linear correction and pressure calibration. It can also implement the real-time pressure monitoring, dynamic trend display and data storage. The performance investigation results indicated that the vacuum gauge provides not only the favorable linearity in measuring range but also the reliable data.
