(S)-5-氧代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸的合成改进

摘要 以L-谷氨酸为原料经重氮化、内酯化合成(S)-5-氧代四氢呋喃-2-甲酸。采用超声波处理代替室温长时间搅拌以加快酯化反应,选择频率为30kHz,超声时间8小时,产率为75%。产物通过红外光谱、元素分析、旋光度测试等进行表征。 (S)-5-oxotetrahydrofuran-2-carboxylic acid was synthesized by diazotization and lactonization reaction of a mixture L-glutamic acid solved in hydrochloric acid.The ultrasonic was used to quiken the lactonization reaction,in odre to shorten the reaction times. The frequency was 30 kHz,and the reation time was 8h.The yield was75%The productions were characterized by IR spectra ,elementary analysis and polarimetry.
