摘要
结合煤炭价格理论分析了煤炭价格波动对资源型经济区域的影响,并从完善煤炭价格调节基金制度的角度探讨了实施煤炭价格调节基金的意义及相关设想。
Connecting with the theory of coal price,this paper analyzes the influences of coal price fluctuation on resource-based economic region,and from the perspective of perfecting the coal prince regulation fund system,puts forward the important significance of implementing coal price regulation fund and some relevant ideas.
